Member of the Fine Arts Master Union of Romania, sculpture section. He was born in Silistea Gumesti, Teleorman, 24-05-1953. Graduate of the Fine Arts Institute "Nicolae Grigorescu" from Bucharest, sculpture section, promotion 1979.
