Giuseppe Bencivinni is a sculptor. He lives and works in his country of origin, Castellana Sicula, a little town of Sicily. Enchanted by sculpture, he began his academic studies in 1983. The tecnique of marble-working leant during is studies, have been an important land mark for the development of his job, even if a lot is owed to autodidactis. His way of express his ideas end his feeling in his artistic works has gone on changing during years, from a figurative art into a surrealist one. In his last kind of art the human figure is dominant, its themes always refer to man. His first artistic creations are wooden, nowadays marble or stone sculptures enchant him more. The artistique activity, undertaken by chance, has been groving so that it became a iob, when he was 27. Sculpture is part of his life. His biggest wish is to make people know his works .
